Finished table-side on a cast iron griddle, it was buttery soft, with excellent char, just the right amount of rendering, and cooked exactly to your liking (perfectly pink medium for us). Our mouths were watering as we watched the chef carve up the sizzling meat - it couldn’t land on our plates fast enough!

THE SIDES

Our chosen sides of thick-cut fries, creamed spinach, and asparagus (additional serving AED35) were also expertly prepared. There wasn’t a hint of bitterness to the spinach, and the asparagus was fresh and tasty.

To be honest, this steak doesn’t need any sauce: it’s perfectly seasoned, and the quality of the meat speaks for itself. That said, the tangy chimichurri added an extra layer of depth, and a dab of the velvety bearnaise also worked well. 

And if you don't feel like wine, you can have a soft drink!
