If you haven’t been to Cyan, this brunch is a great reason to go. The floor-to-ceiling windows and incredible city views make it a showstopper - it’s classy, it’s beautiful and it’s a great place for a Friday night out.

The Friday evening brunch is a mix of table service and buffet, with some really good live stations. The luscious raclette station was a favourite with melted cheese poured over roasted potatoes, brioche, baguettes, and caramelised onions. Drool! The Dibba Bay oysters were freshly shucked and a beautiful French cheese station offered a great grazing option, a perfect way to ease into the brunch. On top of all that, we had five sharing starters brought to our table, including ravioli, caviar poori, burrata, and an impressive seafood stand with prawns, lobster, and sashimi.

Choose your mains from a set menu. The teriyaki salmon, braised brisket, and chicken breast were all thankfully smaller dishes which we were grateful for having over-indulged on the raclette, but the star of the show for us, and the dish we all couldn’t get enough of, was the mushroom spaghetti. It had a gorgeous truffle flavour running through it and we were literally fighting over who got the last bite!

For dessert, we happily headed back to the buffet and picked from an apple cinnamon cake, hazelnut fudge tart, the live "habibi hotdog" chocolate station, and a self-service soft serve station. It was such a blast pulling our own ice cream cones and loading them up with all the fun toppings: sprinkles, nuts, caramel sauce, and edible chocolate balls.

The soft package includes juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and water, while the house package has Stella beer, spirits, white and red wine, and sparkling wine. Laurent-Perrier is the star of the Champagne package.

We had such a great time at Cyan’s bubbly brunch and would definitely come back again. It’s the perfect spot for an evening of dinner and drinks with friends, a romantic date night, or a place with stunning views to impress your holiday guests. What made it even better was seeing the wait staff so happy and genuinely enjoying their work.

Sidenote: Cyan will be running a festive themed brunch from November 29th - December 20th - the turkey was very good, making this a great option for a festive night out!
