Le Bistro By Salmontini's New BB+ Menu

It can be hard to find places that are casual enough for lunch or dinner, where you can also get a drink - these are few and far between in Abu Dhabi. Enter: Le Bistro by Salmontini!

This BB+ menu makes it a cracking option for a good time at an affordable price.

We start with sharing starters for the table; a beautiful burrata with peeled heirloom tomatoes, a fresh kale Caesar salad, spicy tuna in crisp lettuce cups and a salmon and tuna carpaccio, also with a bit of a kick.

You may struggle to choose a main! Our favourite was the entrecote steak, perfectly cooked and texturally superb. But, and this is great for a bigger appetite, the chicken schnitzel sandwich was luscious. The bread was soft and chewy while the chicken maintained a great crunch - this is hard to beat and great if you’ve got teenagers in tow.

The sushi platter is also a good choice. This comes with 8 maki rolls, fresh and lovely with salmon and avocado, 3 different kinds of nigiri (and these look amazing!) and some sashimi. If salmon is your thing, the pavé comes with a lot of fish and is absolutely excellent.

It doesn’t end there! The moreish dark chocolate fondant with vanilla ice-cream is a must try, while cheesecake lovers get to enjoy a downplayed version of the burnt Basque cheesecake with a great berry compote.

Included in the menu are 3 drinks from the house selection: choose either wine, sparkling wine, beer or non-alcoholic drinks - and we will say, the mocktails are excellent!

This will set you back just AED199 per person, making it a cracking deal and one that can be repeated over and over again!
