Stay out until the early hours, enjoying suhoor with one of the best views in the city, and don’t forget to pick up some sweet Ramadan treats expertly prepared by the in-house cake artist. However you want to celebrate this Ramadan, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi will ensure you’re well looked after.

Grand Iftar at The Terrace

The Terrace on the Corniche

Begin your evening at The Terrace on the Corniche. A Ramadan feast steeped in

tradition is served with a touch of the contemporary: their expansive buffet offers plenty of regional specialties with a sprinkling of international flavour - you won’t leave hungry!

Break your fast after sunset with Medjool dates and dried fruit, before tucking into hot and cold mezze - think favourites like chicken musakhan, beef makanek, and cheese borek. Fresh prawns, green mussels, and clams await at the seafood station, and two live grill stations are serving up plenty of meats and seafood.

All the Moroccan classics make an appearance: chicken tagine, lamb with prunes, shrimp tagine, and vegetable couscous. It wouldn't be iftar without Arabic specialties - lamb maqluba and Naimi lamb ouzi - and the Indian selection rounds out the savoury offering perfectly: chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, and lamb rogan josh are well-spiced and full of flavour.

The beautiful outdoor terrace is on display along with the dessert live stations: go back for seconds of the freshly made kunafa, loqaimat and chebab, traditionally crafted for an authentic touch to your iftar meal. Live stations aside, you’ll be spoiled with an array of Arabic, Turkish, and Moroccan sweets - pistachio basbousa, katayef, mabroma, and traditional Arabic ice cream end your visit on a sweet note.

Starlit Suhoor

Azura Panoramic Lounge

As the city calms down, settle in for the evening and enjoy the fresh sea air and fabulous views from Azura. Open from 6PM to 1AM Sunday to Thursday - and until 2AM on Fridays and Saturdays - the lounge is a perfect spot for both pre-suhoor bites and a sumptuous suhoor spread, depending on your mood.

The menu is à la carte, filled with plenty to get excited about. From light bites - tuck into a properly good salad or a ground lamb pide that’s perfect for sharing - to heartier selections, you’re well looked after. Don’t miss Azura’s signatures, including their sea bass tanger and the mixed grill, a generous platter of marinated lamb chops, beef short rib, and harissa chicken.

Once the savoury plates are cleared, turn your attention to the sweet: umm ali for something comforting, or the dates pudding - with confit orange, labneh vanilla and toffee sauce - for an indulgent treat.

Spread over three levels, this open-air venue blends Mediterranean-inspired design with uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf - making it an ideal retreat for a late-night meal.
