MARKETTE
At Markette, you'll find delicious international cuisine and coffee in a setting that makes you feel as if you're dining in a friend's kitchen. Thanks to its prime ground floor location, the cafe offers front-row seats to witness Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo's marine life in action while you tuck into your food: definitely enough bonus points for it to make our list of top 10 restaurants in Dubai Mall!
The sizable menu includes everything from salads to crepes and galettes, along with a dedicated breakfast menu, and the chefs here are known to whip up new specials from time to time, so be sure you ask your server for a recommendation.

GIA
Looking for the best Italian restaurant in Dubai Mall? For us, it’s Gia. With amazing fountain views, great Italian food and an informal setting, this is the perfect place to relax and watch the fountain show with all the family.
Gia has all the Italian classics such as pizza and pasta, and also offers a great sharing menu - perfect to sample lots of the dishes on offer. We love the burrata and the Gia arancini.

TROVE
Trove is an art restaurant, cafe and lounge which boasts funky and bright interiors, which you enter through the neon-lit tunnel. It’s nestled in the heart of the Fashion Avenue and boasts the largest restaurant terrace in Dubai Mall which overlooks the fountains, making this a great spot to unwind after a long day shopping.
The menu features everything from Middle-Eastern sharing breakfasts to mains including sushi, pizza and burgers. As you’d expect, the dishes themselves are a work of art and incredibly Instagrammable.

BLACK TAP
If you’re looking for fountain views in a more relaxed atmosphere then head to Black Tap. Offering craft burgers and shakes, this is a great one if you’ve got small children and want to experience the fountains without a fuss. The interior is funky, with pods and giant cassette tapes on the walls but the outdoor terrace is the showstopper.
The menu is no-frills with burgers the star - there’s 15 on the menu including our favourite, the truffle hot honey chicken. If you have a sweet tooth you have to try the Crazyshake - this branch has its own dedicated counter so you can create your own.

DIN THAI FUNG
One of the most popular Asian restaurants in the city is continuing to charm visitors at Dubai Mall. Located on the lower ground floor, just steps away from The Dubai Fountain, this eatery is quite the hotspot for all xiao long bao lovers. Indulge in a fulfilling meal of soups, dumplings and noodles as you sit back and watch the food being cooked for you. Book in advance or be prepared for a long wait – that’s just how popular the Taiwanese restaurant is.

TWG TEA AT DUBAI MALL
For a view of the iconic Dubai Mall waterfall, head to TWG tea cafe. The huge range of tea available can be intimidating but the staff are willing to guide you and help you find one to suit your taste.
Their food menu offers a range of sandwiches and some main dishes such as lasagne and they also do a breakfast menu. Looking for something fancy? Try their ‘Gold’ afternoon tea menu which features a chocolate mousse sprinkled in gold dust and choux pastry served in a golden truffle shell.

JOE’S CAFE
This stylish eatery offers exceptional views of The Dubai Fountain, while its dishes are created using only the finest ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers.
Named after its founder, fashion entrepreneur Joseph Ettedgui, Joe's Cafe has been a fixture in London's trendy Sloane Street for almost four decades. Its Dubai Mall branch is a popular destination too, serving everything from breakfast items sprinkled with 24-karat gold to hearty lunches like seafood risotto and steak sandwiches.

ABD EL WAHAB
Named after the street it’s on in Beirut, Lebanon, inside you’ll be transported to Lebanon with the unique decor - Abd El Wahab is arguably the best Lebanese restaurant in Dubai Mall. However from their terrace you'll be reminded you’re in Dubai with incredible views of the tallest building in the world and the fountains.
It’s one of the cheaper options for front row seats for the fountain show, with starters averaging AED30 and mains around AED70. The food is exactly what you’d hope for from a Lebanese with a range of hummus, grilled meats and fatteh. If you fancy a real Middle Eastern experience there’s shisha available on their terrace.

DAVE’S HOT CHICKEN
If you’re looking for some delicious fast-food in the Dubai mall then look no further than Dave’s hot chicken. Started by 3 friends in a parking lot in 2017 looking to sell chicken that will ‘blow your mind’, it’s opened a branch next to the Ice Rink in Dubai mall and is proving popular.
With chicken at the heart of it, the big question is how hot do you want it? From no-spice (perfect for kids) to the reaper spice (so hot you have to sign a disclaimer before eating!).

THE TAP HOUSE DOWNTOWN
If you’re looking for somewhere to have a drink near Dubai Mall then head to The Tap House, which is a gastropub stocking one of the largest varieties of craft beer in the country. It’s just across the water in Souk Al Bahar which is only a short walk from the mall and has great views of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains from their large outdoor terrace.
The menu has something for everyone, including burgers, pizzas and pasta and there is an extensive drinks menu. There’s lots going on, including live music, a weekly quiz and daily Happy Hour in the week 1PM - 6PM, with drinks starting from just AED30.

SOMEWHERE
Found in the Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue extension, this small and cosy restaurant is aptly named as the food promises to take you ‘somewhere’. Merging globally-inspired dishes with Middle Eastern flavours and ingredients, the dishes are unique and delicious; stand outs include the Black Angus beef fetteh and the batata harra fries.
If you’re looking for a restaurant with a fountain view then you won’t be disappointed! The view from the outdoor terrace is impressive and it’s the perfect place to watch the fountains under the shadow of the Burj Khalifa. It’s popular for a reason and we recommend booking, expect a queue in the evenings if you haven’t.

LOGMA
If you’re looking for traditional Emirati food in Dubai mall then Logma is a must-try! Featuring Emirati and Khaleeji cuisine, Logma offers traditional dishes in a relaxed venue with great fountain views from their terrace.
The menu has a range of traditional dishes and light snacks, including paratha rolls, samboosa and machbous. The dynamite shrimps are a best-seller and it’s easy to see why. Try to leave room for desserts - the lugaimat are incredible but very more-ish (you have been warned!).

TEXAS ROADHOUSE
Looking for a great steak in Dubai Mall? Get ready to be transported to the Deep South in Texas Roadhouse restaurant. You’re greeted with a bag of peanuts and warm bread with a cinnamon butter dip. Warning: the bread and dip combination is divine and you may find yourself full before you’ve had your chance to order!
The menu features a range of bbq classics and their meat is the highlight. You choose your main and then have a choice of sides, from sweetcorn to fries or caesar salad. Throughout the day, the staff do a high energy line dancing routine which adds to the fun, laid back atmosphere.
