We visited TopGolf for their brunch last Saturday. On arrival we were given a lovely mimosa, then they took our drink orders and asked us to think of a team name. This is where the fun begins …

The brunch consists of several team challenges suitable for all ages and you win points for each challenge with a premium TopGolf experience as the prize! An MC makes sure everyone gets involved while a DJ plays fun music in the background.

The first challenge is a round of TopGolf to be played at your leisure over an hour and this is when your starters are served: warm, garlic infused brioche bread, crispy and saucy cauliflower bites, prawn cocktail and a delicious strawberry salad. And not to forget delicious Scotch eggs!

After an hour, it’s back inside for more challenges- paper cup towers, speed darts, and a ping pong style game where you’re competing against other teams to get to the top of the leader board! These challenges get a real mix of all ages just having feel good fun, everyone is around cheering their teammates on and the MC is commentating on it all! Honestly so much fun and very competitive.

The ‘Toad Burger’- 200g black angus patty cooked to your liking - was good, especially with the smokey toad sauce. We also chose the chermoula marinated baby chicken which was a huge portion and very tasty. Both mains were served with chunky triple cooked chips and the chicken with a good gravy.

If you still have room, dessert was served from a trolley with homemade goodies such as trifle and apple pie.

Another highlight was the DIY cocktail station where a bartender explains how to make the perfect margarita and you make it yourself! Fun to make but strong to taste -  left my husband to enjoy this one!

Overall a very fun and interactive brunch where you can dress casually and bring all of the family or your squad along! Service was amazing and we agreed that it would be an excellent one for when you have visitors over.
