THE 'SUSHI'

We're turning Japanese on this first course with 2 different kinds of nigiri and some delicious maki.

Our chopsticks couldn’t move fast enough as we demolished the nigiri and the very moreish dragon maki, all beautifully presented and tasting as luscious as they looked.

LESS WASTE MORE TASTE!

At this point, there's a chance you might be hitting the wall, but don't despair, there’s a choice of 4 dishes, with something for every palate - and all served with sides of spicy bok choy and egg-fried rice.

The stir-fried shrimp noodles are packed with tender shrimp, with noodles coated in a sticky chilli & soy dressing, packing a bit of a punch. This is balanced out by the sweet and sour chicken which is a dish the whole table will love - the chicken pieces are so easy to eat ... and keep on eating!

The melt-in-your-mouth miso black cod has a beautiful char and simply falls apart … needless to say we expect there not to be a scrap left on the plate!

For meat-lovers, the rib eye with ancho chill is the ideal option. Perfectly pink in the middle, the caramelized flavours play wonderfully with the spiciness of the chilli. This is probably the best dish on the menu and one that we'd come back for again and again.

How to manage it? Order a different one each and share: there's plenty!
